Shinova and I had a really tiring day but it was worth it simply because we spent it together. :) The day started with lunch at Rivervale Mall which is directly opposite his flat. And when I ordered macaroni, he was shaking his head as usual. But hey! At least I've resisted the temptation and risk of living in the fat zone for like 2 whole months! And not eating macaroni for 2 months is really a big deal to me. Of course, the macaroni tasted extremely ouhh-la-la today. Well, he ate laksa so let's fast forward. (You don't care what he eats anyway right? Hurhur.)

We travelled to town, helped my mom with the moving of furnitures from Lucky Plaza to Orchard Plaza. Ok pause. I know you all are confused what's with Lucky and Orchard Plaza. Well whop! My mom is opening her new skincare centre at Orchard Plaza. Its on the 6th floor, Unit #06-07/8. So if you guys need a facial or have any acne problems, DermaCare Therapeutic Centre is the place for you! Haha, sounds cheesy but seriously, my mom knows how to handle every skin situation very well. I ain't bragging just because she's my mom and all so ok, you got to try her products and let your skin be a living testimonial. ;p

I'm sorry for the free advertisement as I got pretty excited and my thoughts just so drifted away. So back to our Saturday, we played pool at Monstercue right after doing free labour. Was pretty fun and funny. Fun because it was our first time playing together. And funny because we had our own blibs every now and then. His brother met up with us about an hour later to chill at Acid Bar. He had quite a chat with us about sadistic accidents and stories as well as gaming stuffs (as usual). The day ended off perfectly when I bought a box of Ice Cold Beer pizza and shared with my close ones.

Anyway, though this relationship has only embarked its journey not too long ago, I can say with all my heart that I really enjoy spending every single second with Vic. He is someone who makes me feel so secure, leaves me with no worries and right down truthful (aka faithful). The best part is we both know how to comply to each other and he is a real caregiver. I've not actually experience such sincere T.L.C. before, never. I know I am critical against I-Love-You and I prolly have to go through different sorts of sutra to regain my faith in love. BUT I have proved myself to be an eternal optimist when I had tears in my eyes recently with my heart filling its space with V-I-C-T-O-R. The tears didn't produce themselves because of any negative influences. I happened to just reflect on my past and thought also of the present in which is so much more beautiful because I have Vic.
He really means alot to me. I hope I mean much more to him...


because i'm falling deeper in love with you.

I've been in denial for too long, thinking that I can survive like a beggar with an allowance of $3 per day. Therefore, I've come to terms with my lazy brain and the scary reality that I MUST WORK. Since the holidays are over for Shinova, I will have to work because I choose not to live like a snob; without him.

And I always find myself lucky to have job opportunities coming to me effortlessly. First, Ash offered me to be his graphic designer in his newly opened Nangaro Events company. I have Isaac and Desmond for business partners along with a few other 'held such better days' boys. Second, Jann introduced me to two $9 per hour night jobs at Ipanema and some club in Serangoon Gardens. Last, Egames is still looking for people. I'll most probably reject the $9/hr jobs though the pays are 'Oh-La-La'. I certainly cannot do night jobs any longer. I'll be missing out on alot of beautiful sunlight. I might be taking up the events job, freelance though, along with the Egames job provided I can handle both without much sweat.

Sigh! Poly life resumes this Tuesday!! This relationship will have its own 'curfews' by then. Still, I can go the extra mile, take the train down TP and have as many meals a week with him as possible. :) I've been yearning to have TP Design Block's Fish'N'Chips for a long time anyway.

There are those that open you up to something new and exotic, those that are old and familiar, those that bring up lots of questions, those that bring you somewhere unexpected, those that bring you far from where you started, and those that bring you back. But the most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you can find someone to love the you you love, well, that's just fabulous.

Since he said couples will tend to quarrel within just 70 hours into the relationship, I think we should be credited for being the oddest ones around. Of course, we had some disappointing moments but we (no, rather I) learnt from the start to pucker up. He gives me the space I need; I give him the space he needs.






Damnit! I know. I'm such an eternal optimist. Yet I don't quite know myself. A few months back I was so exhausted over all those stupid emotional chow-chow, and now.. Ha! But it definitely feels good to be laughing with love, not at love. :)



Okay, there's definitely a need to delete this cheesy entry along with the whole blog once I cast the Charlotte York out of my own body.
